About the Author
Miriam B. Larson is an Adjunct Assistant Professor who teaches courses in instructional design and technology for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and for Virginia Tech. She has over 30 years experience designing instruction for organizations in a variety of career environments.
Barbara B. Lockee is Professor of Instructional Design and Technology and Associate Director of Educational Research and Outreach in the School of Education at Virginia Tech.

Hi There, I need to contact the authors Barbara B. Lockee Miriam Larson. I bought this book Kindle version. In each chapter says see this chapter's website, however doesn't provide the link.
Also I can't read most of tablets, they are small and low quality. please someone help
