The truth. Can you handle the truth?

I am not the best review writer, I rarely do it actually. However, this book has had such a profound effect on my life, my marriage, my vision and relationship with God that I cannot keep it to myself. I cannot put into words what I have learned by God's own graceful revelation through Robert's words. I won't even try. I only hope that you pick it up and give it a read. It is not a deep, thological debate book. It is an easy read with alarmingly honest humblness from the author. You can truly relate. You can feel God's presence in it. AMEN!

Goes Down to the Foundation

Growing up in a troubled family, I had fear and confusions about family and parenting. I wanted to keep my children from experiencing the same pains & regrets, yet I'd never known how (although I've been a Christian for many years). Through fundamental explanations and practical steps/instructions, the book shows the paragon of family as intended by God.
In particular, the chapters about the role of husbands and wives as well as about raising up and protecting daughters are very helpful for my husband and I. I have a clear picture and hope now, and know that God's design of family is good. I bought a copy for all my siblings (as each one of us is married and started our own family), knowing that it will supplement the good example that's lacking in our lives.
I highly recommend this book.

A MUST-READ FOR EVERY CHRISTIAN FAMILY!!

GOD USED THIS BOOK TO CHANGE OUR LIVES!! It is so well written and grounded Scripturally that we have gleaned from it for the last 13 years. It's our most recommended book to read after the Bible. We initially used this book for our Wednesday Night Church Bible Study. Now we use this book in our Family Night study groups. It's true that this book is NOT safe - it discusses what God's Word says about every issue that impacts a family from birth control to dating vs. courting. Truth comes from God alone, as revealed to us through the infallibility of His Word. This book will challenge you and cause you to seek His truth in all family matters.
