Dr. Julie Knapp, Ph.D., BCBA-D is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate. She is Executive Director of the Knapp Center for Childhood Development located in Boardman, OH, which specializes in the diagnosis, neuropsychological assessment and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Knapp offers an International ABA Program assisting families from other parts of the world to travel to the US for ABA therapy. She offers remote training and supervision on ABA programs through a HIPPA secure website to families across the world who otherwise cannot find local ABA therapy or who want expert advice on their program. Dr. Knapp is also a Consultant at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and holds an appointment at Case Western Reserve University. Carolline Turnbull, BA, BCaBA is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst at KidsLink Neurobehavioral Center in Twinsburg, OH. Carolline is a behavior consultant for home and school-based consultation and developed a dance class for children ages 3-6 with varying disabilities and their neurotypical peers. She completed her Bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology at Kent State University and her course work for her BCaBA at Florida Institute of Technology. Carolline has worked in the area of behavioral management of children and young adults with developmental disabilities for 15 years.

This is the most comprehensive book for treatment of steam boilers. It is highly technical, and covers every aspect, how, why, when, etc. It is a must read for anyone who maintains boilers for a living. The only downfall is that a background in basic chemistry would be helpful before reading this text. I had to look info up on the internet as I read the book.

About the Author
Alex Webb was born in San Francisco in 1952. His photographs have been featured in The New York Times Magazine, Life, Stern, and National Geographic and exhibited at the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, and the International Center of Photography and Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. He is a recipient of the Leica Medal of Excellence (2000) and a member of Magnum Photos.

Geoff Dyer is the author of "Jeff in Venice, Death in Varanasi, "among other novels, and several nonfiction books, including "Out of Sheer Rage". He won a National Book Critics Circle Award in 2012 for "Otherwise Known as the Human Condition". He lives in Los Angeles.

One of the greatest street photography books ever.

Alex Webb is not only a master of color, as is widely known, but he's also equally a master of complex composition. His ability to find perfect compositional balance within highly chaotic situations is second to none. Couple these two overlapping skills, and you get extraordinary images that will leave you both awed and inspired. This book is full of them, and deserves repeated study. Highly highly recommended to anyone with eyes, especially those interested in street photography. A must have in any photography lover's library.

One of the best photographers ever. The color master, whom I was lucky enough to have worked beside and learn from as a young photographer in Haiti in 1986. Bought several copies of this book and also use it in the classes I teach. This book is a must. AA.

for any serious photographer--street photographer or otherwise--this book is a must have. webb's pictures are so "other worldly" amazing it's hard to comprehend how he achieved them. stunning image reproductions and beautifully bound book.

Lo esperado

Gracias Xaviera por deleitarnos nuevamente con esta continuaci�n de la serie Almas. La estaba esperando con ansias, y ahora me has dejado nuevamente en modo espera.

Me alegra mucho encontrar talentos como t� para este g�nero en nuestro idioma, y te has convertido, junto a Nut, en una de mis autores favoritos.

Respecto al libro. A pesar de todo lo que implica enfrentar una enfermedad terminal, uno no siente ansiedad a trav�s de la lectura, sino esperanza; incluso estando tan consciente de la vida y la muerte.

La introducci�n de nuevos personajes me encant�, le aportaron mucho a la historia y r�pidamente se adaptaron. Adem�s de brindar el marco para la continuaci�n de la serie (ojal� la espera sea corta).

Esta serie toca temas dif�ciles, la muerte, la adicci�n a las drogas, el abuso, la enfermedad. Sin embargo, en vez de ahondar deliberadamente en el drama y la negatividad, se centra en el amor, la superaci�n y la esperanza. Es un viaje con los sentimientos a flor de piel, pero seguro. A veces hay libros donde se sirven de las tragedias s�lo para impactar, y el lector queda con una sensaci�n de desamparo emocional. En estos libros eso no ocurre, porque vas de la mano con los personajes en el viaje de superaci�n y logras atravesar cada etapa.

Asimismo, el amor es el epicentro de todo. El erotismo forma parte de la historia como un medio para alimentar el romance, y no se siente impuesto o fuera de lugar.

La historia de Max y David es hermosa de principio a fin. Con nuevos personajes que inmediatamente adoptamos, y la presencia de aquellos que ya amamos.

Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Un libro lleno de mensajes, pero en el que no podr�a faltar la esperanza de un amor �nico e irrepetible.
Tal como nos tiene acostumbrados esta autora, las l�grimas est�n presentes en la lectura, peor tambi�n hay momentos en los que se asoma m�s de una sonrisa en tus labios.
Amistad, compa�erismo, entrega desinteresada, esperanza, amor... Tanto sentimiento para transmitir en un solo libro y Xaviera lo ha logrado hacer.
Una lectura recomendable para los sensibles de esp�ritu y amantes de los finales felices.
